Job summary

GuidePoint Security is hiring a Senior Security Consultant – Okta Access Management to join our delivery team in a fully remote capacity. You will independently lead complex Okta engagements from design through implementation for enterprise clients.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will architect IAM solutions across the Okta Identity Engine and Auth0, mentor junior staff, and drive delivery excellence across the engagement lifecycle while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 4+ years implementing Okta OIE (Workforce Identity Cloud).
• Full proficiency in Okta Workflows and API Access Management.
• Experience with Auth0 implementation and federation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Okta OIE solutions (SSO, MFA, adaptive access policies, LCM).
• Architect LCM provisioning and directory integrations (AD, LDAP, HR systems).
• Develop federation architectures (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) across hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead client workshops, ensuring delivery excellence.
