INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Sr. Okta Engineer (TechLead/Architect) for a long-term remote project in the United States. You will lead two Sr. Software Engineers, shape Okta integration strategy, and guide remediation efforts across environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IAM, 5+ years hands-on Okta administration or architecture, deep OIE knowledge, and expertise in SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and Okta APIs. U.S. work authorization is required.

Formación

• 10+ years in identity and access management.
• 5+ years hands-on Okta administration or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of OIE, authentication policies, and global session policies.
• Expert in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC; troubleshooting live authentication flows.
• Inbound federation and IdP routing rules experience.
• Ability to lead engineers and present to client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the Okta topology and inventory application integrations.
• Map Classic Global Session, App Sign-On, and Adaptive MFA to OIE equivalents.
• Identify OIE impacts by integration type (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SDK, REST API, Sign-In Widget).
• Determine apps needing Interaction Code grant and required Okta config changes per app.
• Implement policy changes and support admins through dev, preview, production releases.
• Plan and support production cutover and hypercare.
