Qualifikationen

• Okta Certified Architect or Okta Consultant certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years in IT, solution architecture, or software development.
• 4+ years in IAM architecture and design.
• 5+ years of consulting with enterprise customers.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Okta-based solutions.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, AD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and define technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions using Okta.
