Job summary

Radix is seeking a Project Planner to join our global engineering consulting team in the United States. The role focuses on transforming roadmaps into site-level schedules, overseeing execution of site activities, and organizing sessions to develop plans for each site.

You will build activity schedules, RAID logs, and capacity reports, then develop rollup progress reports. The position requires coordinating meetings, gathering updates, and tracking actions, issues, risks, and milestones across

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules.
• Structure activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Perform capacity planning and resource leveling.
• Monitor work items with teams and consolidate status and deadlines.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation recommendations.
• Generate Gantt charts and schedule reports for stakeholders.
• Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Coordinate between site and central project teams for alignment.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Provide regular status reports highlighting achievements and priorities.
