Job summary

WHC LLC (A Surerus Murphy Company) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee estimating and construction of oil & gas facilities across North America. This role emphasizes HSE compliance, client relations, pre-award planning, and development of project strategies to meet corporate needs.

The Senior PM will lead a management team, coordinate procurement and contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure profitability with strong risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in civil engineering/technology, construction management, or related field is an asset.
• Professional designation such as PE, P. Tech or PMP is an asset.
• Minimum 12 years related work experience; large-scale facility project experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Transition contract award into project deliverables including work plans and budget.
• Lead the project management team through the lifecycle.
• Interface with functional leaders to ensure constructability through handover to client.
• Provide clear direction to achieve cost, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction KPIs.
• Develop and manage project execution plans and reporting requirements.
• Oversee subcontractor relations and project controls including changes and risk management.
