Job summary

WHC LLC (A Surerus Murphy Company) in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the estimation and construction of oil & gas facilities across North America. You will manage safety, quality, environmental compliance, client relations, pre-award planning, and develop project strategies to meet corporate goals.

The role requires coordinating procurement, contracts, subcontractors, and project controls to deliver on schedule and budget while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in civil engineering/technology or related field is preferred.
• Combination of education and relevant experience acceptable.
• Professional designation such as PE, P. Tech or PMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Transition contract award into project deliverables including work plans and budgets.
• Lead the project management team through lifecycle incl. scheduling and cost control.
• Coordinate with construction management, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement project management and control plans for each project.
• Build client relationships and report progress to stakeholders.
