L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer I/Deputy Lead to head a team of engineers and 3D modelers for offshore structural projects. The role emphasizes FEED and detailed design for offshore platforms, including substructures, topsides, and bridges.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of experience in offshore structures design, with expertise in global analyses (in-place, dynamic, fatigue, seismic) and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level technical degree in engineering required.
• BE/BTech/MTech in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering concepts and offshore design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and assist the team of engineers, 3D modelers, designers and project staff to execute tasks.
• Perform FEED and detailed engineering activities in the field of structural engineering.
• Possess 15–20 years of experience as Lead Structural Engineer in offshore structures design.
• Demonstrate experience in offshore platform design including substructures, topsides and bridges.
• Conduct structural analysis including in-place, pre-service, dynamics, collapse, spectral fatigue, seismic, and related checks.
• Utilize SACS and other offshore design codes/standards; coordinate with clients and third-party authorities.
• Initiate and oversee design tasks related to offshore structural engineering analysis and detailing of topsides and substructures.
