Job summary

Saur Energy International is seeking an Engineer - Offshore Structures to join our Offshore Structural team and report to the HOD - Offshore Structural in Mumbai. The role focuses on FEED, design and detail engineering for fixed or floating offshore oil and gas facilities.

You will work with SACS for pre-service and in-service analysis, ensure compliance with international offshore standards, and contribute to structural reports and weight control.

Qualifications

• Experience in FEED, design & detail engineering of EPCIC projects for fixed/floating offshore facilities.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for topside decks, jackets, FPSO modules.
• Familiar with API RP-2A (WSD), NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO offshore codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED, design and detail engineering tasks for offshore structures.
• Perform structural analysis and generate design reports and MTOs.
• Review 3D models using Navisworks/SmartPlant Review and conduct drawing checks.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Engineer - Offshore Structures, reporting directly to HOD - Offshore Structural to join our Offshore Structural team based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in FEED, Design & detail engineering of EPCIC Projects of Fixed/Floating Offshore Oil & Gas production/processing facilities.
• Candidate shall have good exposures to Structural analysis and design of Topside decks and/or Jackets and/or FPSO modules.
• Well versed with API-RP-2A (WSD), AISC-ASD and other relevant codes and standards such as NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO 19900 series of Offshore codes.
• Candidate should have good experience in using SACS for Pre-service and In-service analysis of Topside decks, Jackets and FPSO modules.
• Candidate should be able to carry out these analysis independently and prepare Structural design reports and generate MTOs.
• Should have good experience in Structural drawing checking and preparation of Weight Control reports. Candidate should have experience of reviewing 3D models using Navisworks/Smart plant review.
