Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead execution across multi-discipline scopes for offshore projects. You will supervise contractor activities, ensure adherence to plans, and coordinate with commissioning, logistics, and SIMOPS to maintain schedule integrity.

The role emphasizes HSE compliance, quality assurance, and efficient interface management with operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical/trade qualification.
• 15+ years of offshore construction, hook-up, fabrication yard operations, or major capital projects.
• Proven Owner/Operator oversight experience managing offshore construction contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HUC Support Services Contractor and offshore activities to ensure safe and compliant execution.
• Provide leadership across multi-discipline construction scopes (mechanical, piping, structural, E&I, HVAC, etc.).
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Drive accountability for schedule, execution quality, and scope delivery.
• Readiness of fabrication yard activities and offshore readiness plans.
• Validate scope, materials, access, lifting plans, permits, and documentation before execution.
• Coordinate construction with commissioning, marine operations, logistics, and SIMOPS.
• Resolve field execution challenges and manage deviations through MOC processes.
