Job summary

Audubon Companies seeks a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer-Offshore to join our Metairie, LA office. The role focuses on designing equipment, components, structures or systems, and delivering civil/structural engineering assignments.

Responsibilities include preparing specifications, sketches and calculations, reviewing vendor drawings, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget and HSSE standards. PE license and ABET-accredited degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications detailing client requirements and codes.
• Develop engineering sketches and calculations for projects.
• Review vendor drawings for compliance.
• Visit sites and inspect equipment for compliance.
• Manage workload, budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and regulations.
• Serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge per project.
