Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• ABET accreditation preferred when selecting candidates.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE license is required.
• Field experience is preferred.
• offshore experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic to advanced specifications for project assignments detailing client performance requirements and design codes.
• Prepare sketches, calculations and analysis models for moderately complex projects.
• Review vendor drawings for compliance with project specifications.
• Interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Follow HSSE standards and engineering quality procedures.
• Visit job-sites and vendor facilities for evaluation and inspection.
• Develop engineering drawings with drafting/design groups.
• Prepare inquiries and bid tabulations for equipment purchases.
• Develop and review design packages including conceptual and detailed drawings.
