Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain an Offset Printing Press to manufacture folding cartons
• Manage production including machine setup, adjustments and readies
• Troubleshoot machine and quality issues
• Adhere to maintenance schedule
• Complete required product and process audits
• Exchange information with shifts before and after the work shift
• Adhere to quality specifications
• Identify product/process enhancements to improve efficiencies and reduce downtime and spoilage
• Meet production schedule output and timeframes
• Train crew members to ensure job duties are performed efficiently and effectively
• Enforce compliance with GMP, AIB, and Safety
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Lead the work crew to meet production goals
• Attend team meetings
• Participate in and support sample production runs
• Perform other duties as assigned
