Support administrative duties including data capture, policy contract binding and checking, documents scanning for underwriting and claims to ensure efficient operation.

Engage in internal underwriting and cross-departmental projects such as conduct system enhancement plan and UAT, forms revamp and update manuals and guidelines on underwriting areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support administrative duties including data capture, policy contract binding and checking, documents scanning for underwriting and claims to ensure efficient operation.

• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvement, initiate ideas to streamline manual process to uplift service level.

About you

• University graduate plus 2 years or college graduate (or equivalent) + 3 - 5 years individual life insurance experience.
• Experience of underwriting in individual life insurance operations is an advantage.
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.
• Good written English and Chinese.
