Job summary

Transamerica Life Bermuda is seeking an Assistant, Customer Service for a 3-month contract to support policy servicing and life administration. The role requires handling printing, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations.

The candidate should have a diploma or higher, 3+ years in policy servicing or administration, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Holder of a diploma in any discipline or above.
• Industry designations preferred but not required (e.g. LOMA programs).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation of policy servicing, office, administration or equivalent roles.
• Insurance working experience preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese.
• Good PC skills, knowledge in AS400 is preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive mind set.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively across multiple disciplines.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities
