Job summary

Open Plan Systems is seeking a Designer to produce accurate drawings and specifications for office furniture. You will design and draft layouts based on client requirements in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks with strict attention to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of design/drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and relocation to Richmond, VA. Proficiency in Windows Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Design) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design/drafting for office furniture.
• High proficiency with Windows Office and AutoCAD.
• Relocation to Richmond, Virginia is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate drawings/specifications per client requirements.
• Design and draft internal office layouts/furniture to specification.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain strict attention to deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales on quotations and stay updated on changes.
