Ideal candidates bring extensive pentesting experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to stay ahead of cyber threats. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with related work experience.
• Experience leading penetration testing and red/purple team programs.
• Experience with scripting/programming and latest exploits.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements including penetration testing and red/purple team exercises.
• Mentor analysts and drive collaboration across security and business teams.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
