Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in offensive operations and tactics.
• 5+ years building or using offensive tooling in real environments.
• 3+ years leading complex technical engagements.
• 3+ years programming in Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell or Golang.
• 3+ years in technical writing and debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and evolution of offensive tooling and capabilities.
• Guide tooling design, automation, and technical standards.
• Lead or support adversary emulation and red team engagements.
• Design and execute advanced testing across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Mentor offensive operators and engineers; share tradecraft and problem solving.
• Translate offensive findings into defensive improvements with cross-functional teams.
