Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Offensive Cyber Engineer in Lawton, OK. You will lead end-to-end penetration tests across enterprise and government environments, develop exploits, and coordinate with detection engineering teams to convert offensive findings into defensive capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in offensive security, strong scripting skills, and TS/SCI eligibility. On-site Lawton work with travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 6+ years; or 12 years total with alternative.
• 8+ years hands-on in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security operations.
• Proficient with Linux (Kali, Parrot) and Windows at admin/deep-system level.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom exploits, payloads, and automation tools for identified vulnerabilities.
• Serve as site technical lead for end-to-end penetration tests and assessments.
• Perform deep-dive network, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and web app analyses.
• Collaborate with CRS and detection engineering to improve threat detectors.
• Travel to testing events to verify exploit effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
