Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking an OFAC Sanctions Screening Analyst II to serve as the primary escalation point for complex OFAC screening alerts and high-risk cases. You will review and resolve matters requiring advanced analysis, coordinating with senior management on true positives and ensuring consistency with OFAC requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice or related field.
• 3+ years of OFAC sanctions compliance or screening operations experience.
• Banking or financial services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex OFAC screening alerts.
• Conduct advanced investigation of escalated matches using internal and external sources.
• Review and approve complex false positive dispositions with proper documentation.
• Make final determinations on matches and coordinate with senior management.
• Monitor escalation queue to ensure timely resolution and regulatory deadlines.
