You will architect scalable backend features using Python, integrate with external systems, and optimize PostgreSQL performance.

The role requires collaboration with analysts, PMs, and end users, mentoring junior developers, and staying current with Odoo releases.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of professional experience in Odoo development.
• Extensive experience customizing and extending Odoo ERP modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating them to tech solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, customization, and enhancement of Odoo 19 modules.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Design scalable, secure backend solutions using Python within Odoo.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and ensure high-quality software.
