Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field; with 10+ years of delivery experience on railway electrification/OCS programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination across multiple disciplines and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance for OCS work packages.
• Coordinate with traction power, signaling, track, structures, stations, and operations teams.
• Lead outage planning, energization readiness, and railway electrical safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with approvals from utilities, regulators, and authorities having jurisdiction.
