Responsibilities

• Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Provides therapy interventions across acute care, skilled facilities, rehab and outpatient settings.
• Participates in student education at ICE OT level I and other programs.
• Maintains accurate records of patient progress, treatments and discharge summaries.
• Assists with staff orientation, mentorship and competency of new staff.
• Supports program development and performance improvement activities.
