Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• License: Valid state license in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification.
• CPR certification required (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab and outpatient settings.
• Participate in student education.
• Participates in education and teaching commensurate with a novice clinician.
• Plan, organize and deliver treatment programs to help clients recover and rehabilitate.
• Document health progress information, daily treatments, progress notes, evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
