Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats all diagnoses and more complex patients.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Administers therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary team to develop discharge plans.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts plans as needed.
• Mentors new staff and supports team development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
