PACS is seeking a dedicated Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the inter-disciplinary team in Pasadena, CA. You will supervise COTA staff, provide in-service training, and ensure compliant documentation and safety standards to support residents’ independence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; state licensure required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure; continuing education per state.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential per physician orders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and aides; coordinate with physicians and staff; document and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliant documentation and infection control; educate families on goals and home programs.
