Job summary

The Villas at Saratoga in Saratoga, CA is hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide and direct high‑quality patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and thorough documentation. You will serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate while aligning with guidelines and community needs.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating staff and third‑party payers, performing timely billing and reports, and supervising rehab aides.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in good standing.
• CPR certification as required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care per guidelines.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress notes.
• Educate staff and payers on interventions and outcomes.
• Maintain and submit billing and program documentation.
