Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to restore independent function.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Aides according to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Document services in the medical record, including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with supervisor and health team members; educate families or nursing staff.
