Qualifications

• Ability to review possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations (percentages, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client steering committees.
• Collaborate with team to gain business intelligence on move sequencing and execution.
• Forecast occupancy metrics and adjust plans based on location constraints.
• Manage space walks and update occupancy data in the system of record.
• Coordinate post-occupancy reviews and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
