Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a Level 5 Systems Engineer to drive DMSMS/Obsolescence Management for complex products in the F-35 RL. You will identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support lifecycle sustainment activities across engineering, supply chain, and programs.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, 10-year roadmaps, obsolescence forecasting, alternate sourcing, and design reviews to ensure mission readiness. Requires US citizenship and access to a secure facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above Degree in a Technical Discipline, or related technical experience.
• Experience and knowledge in DMSMS or Obsolescence Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate material obsolescence risks for sustainment.
• Develop 10-year roadmaps, obsolescence forecasting and alternate sourcing.
• Support design reviews and lifecycle management for new and existing products.
• Assist in proposal development and Basis of Estimate for sustainment efforts.
