Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend services.
• 3+ years in observability, SLOs/SLAs, alerting and incident mgmt.
• 3+ years building production-grade backends in Go and/or Java.
• 3+ years implementing OpenTelemetry and instrumentation patterns.
• 3+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.
• 2+ years with Terraform or CloudFormation and Helm/Kustomize.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate core observability platform services at scale.
• Lead adoption of OpenTelemetry across engineering teams.
• Design, build, and maintain high‑throughput telemetry pipelines.
• Provide senior technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with SRE, Cloud, and Platform teams to ensure reliability and security.
