Qualifications

• Experience in IT system operations, monitoring, or cloud/infra roles.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows Server.
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, HTTP) and log analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Observability tools and cloud environments.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess monitoring and IT operations environments and design improvements.
• Design, implement, and operate platforms like Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Splunk, Grafana.
• Visualize servers, networks, applications, and logs and create dashboards.
• Support Observability adoption across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Improve incident response and integrate with ITSM and automation.
