Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a technical leader to design and deliver enterprise software within the App Dev, Data & AI team.

You will connect high-volume core platforms with cloud-native applications, mentor engineers, and drive modernization by refactoring legacy logic for containerized and cloud environments. Responsibilities include architectural design, running demos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, dependable software.

Qualifications

Proven software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong coding and debugging skills in modern backend technologies (Java, Python, .NET, or equivalent).
Solid grasp of software development practices, OOP principles, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful web services, and data formats (JSON/XML).
Practical foundation in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging queues.
Experience guiding technical choices, running code reviews, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Guide the design and delivery of enterprise solutions within the App Dev, Data & AI team.
Translate complex requirements into clean architectural designs and refactor legacy logic for cloud environments.
Run product demos and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable software.
Conduct code reviews and define technical standards, mentoring fellow engineers.
