• Experience building automation, integrating APIs, and reusable utilities.
• 5+ years hands-on REST APIs and JSON for data surfacing.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using observability and analytics platforms.
• Translate session-level data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build self-service reporting models and scalable analytics processes.
• Create automation and tooling around monitoring platforms to reduce routine work.
• Apply Generative AI tools to internal workflows and ensure compliant AI usage.
