Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior AI Ops / DevOps Engineer in a remote capacity with 3 days in office per client requirement. You will architect AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines, securely connect enterprise LLMs with engineering tools, and integrate AI agents into developer workflows to enhance automation and reliability.

The role requires deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, IaC tools, and cloud platforms, along with a security-first mindset and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and production container orchestration (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Experience with AI orchestration tools and LLM APIs to support AI-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations ecosystems.
• Design MCP clients/servers to securely connect enterprise LLMs with tooling and observability platforms.
• Integrate LLM agents into developer workflows for automated reviews, vulnerability detection, and deployment recommendations.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Create safe autonomous remediation workflows and implement governance for IaC tooling.
