Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced o9 Specialist to configure o9 platform components, including data models, dashboards, and workflows in a fast-paced enterprise. You will design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain and lead workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into precise o9 configurations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct, hands-on configuration experience with o9 Solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand Planning, IBP/S&OP).
• Experience with o9 EK Graph, advanced analytics solvers, and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, dashboards, views, workflow engines, and business logic solvers.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate needs into o9 configurations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to map, integrate, and validate data flows between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and o9.
• Own functional testing, UAT support, and system validation for data accuracy and performance.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex behaviors, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Take ownership of ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to the o9 platform.
