Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced o9 Specialist to configure o9 platform components, including data models, dashboards, and workflows in a fast-paced enterprise. You will design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain and lead workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into precise o9 configurations.

Job Description

• Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, user interfaces (dashboards, views), workflow engines, and business logic solvers.
• Design end-to‑end supply chain solutions within the o9 "Digital Brain," ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications and o9-native configurations.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to map, integrate, and validate data flows between core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the o9 platform.
• Own the functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and system validation phases to ensure high data accuracy and system performance.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex system behaviors, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business power users
• Minimum of 2–4 years of direct, hands‑on configuration experience within the o9 Solutions platform.
• Strong foundational understanding of Supply Chain planning concepts (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply & Capability Planning, IBP, or S&OP).
• Proven experience working with the o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), advanced analytics solvers, and writing/modifying o9 business rules.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling concepts, and understanding ETL/middleware integration patterns.
• Exceptional analytical skills to debug configuration issues, performance bottlenecks, or data mismatches within the platform.
• Ability to articulate complex technical o9 concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders

Additional Details

Techno- Functional o9 lead to provide comprehensive go-live support and hypercare for the production environment, ensuring business continuity, issue resolution, and system stability during and after deployment. The individual should possess strong functional expertise in o9 and good configuration (DP and MEIO) and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support teams to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

The resource expected to ultimately relieve the current Meta team from their current Meta's O9 implementation responsibilities and take up the ownership of the O9 setup with in Meta.

In addition, the resource should be well versed in middleware integrations, particularly MuleSoft, with a solid understanding of end-to-end data flows, interface monitoring, integration troubleshooting, and coordination across dependent systems. Experience in managing integration-related incidents, validating data consistency, and supporting enhancements across interconnected platforms will be essential.

Going forward, this individual will be expected to take ownership of all support, maintenance, and enhancement activities related to the o9 platform. This includes managing production support requests, coordinating defect resolution, driving continuous improvements, evaluating enhancement requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with business needs. The resource should also play a key role in knowledge transfer, documentation, stakeholder communication, and establishing best practices to support the long-term success and scalability of the o9 solution.
