Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a proactive Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end process discovery, requirement elicitation, and UAT across commercial, customer service, and logistics functions. You will map current and future-state value streams, identify bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps, working hybrid in Orange County, CA.

Requires 5+ years in business analysis with ERP O2D experience; Oracle Cloud/Fusion exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Order-to-Delivery experience.
• Hands-on ERP O2D modules (Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation).
• Validated success leading UAT planning, defect management, and go-live sign-offs.
• Strong consultative mindset and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis for the O2D lifecycle, optimizing order capture, inventory coordination, fulfillment, and delivery execution.
• Elicit requirements for strategic initiatives; build value stream maps to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead UAT strategy with QA, test case execution, defect triage, and formal business sign-off.
• Bridge between commercial stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate on user adoption strategies.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end process discovery, requirement elicitation, and user acceptance testing across commercial, customer service, and logistics functions. In this role, you will map current and future-state value streams, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Lead systems analysis for the O2D lifecycle, optimizing order capture, inventory coordination, fulfillment, and delivery execution.
• Requirements & Mapping: Elicit requirements for strategic initiatives; build value stream maps to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Testing & Quality: Partner with QA to lead UAT strategy, test case execution, defect triage, and formal business sign-off.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between commercial stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
• Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and collaborate with organizational development on user adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in end-to-end Order to Delivery workflows.
• ERP Mastery: Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP O2D modules (Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation).
• Validation Strategy: Demonstrated success leading comprehensive UAT planning, defect management, and go‑live sign-offs.
• Communication: Strong consultative mindset, analytical problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion O2D applications.
• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma credentials.
• Knowledge of CRM, EDI, WMS, and TMS integrations.

Location & Benefits

Hybrid in Orange County, CA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Direct‑hire role offering $105k–$134k base salary, immediate healthcare benefits, 401(k) match, performance bonus incentives, and generous PTO.
