Job summary

CBTS is expanding its Business Analysis team to support a high-visibility Oracle Fusion Cloud migration of CPQ and Order Management from JD Edwards and legacy systems. You will drive end-to-end requirements, lead workshops, model processes, and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as senior business analysts, strong ERP knowledge, and proven experience in test planning and UAT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior business analysis role.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc).
• Strong requirements management: elicitation, documentation, traceability, validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements management from discovery through validation with full traceability.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and modeling sessions with business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process docs, workflow diagrams, functional specs and knowledge articles.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and bring structure to cross-functional processes.
• Identify and document interdependencies across business units affected by migration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration and regression scenarios.
• Lead and support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
• Document defects, track resolutions and validate fixes against requirements.

Job description

The BA team is expanding to support a critical Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation — migrating CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management functionality from JD Edwards and a legacy order entry application. This is a high-visibility, hands-on engagement with immediate impact. The right candidate has been through an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation before and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements & Process

• Lead end-to-end requirements management — from discovery through validation — with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate requirements workshops and process modeling sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams (Visio or similar), functional specs, and knowledge articles
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and bring structure and clarity to complex cross-functional processes
• Identify and document interdependencies across business units affected by the migration

Testing & Quality

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, and regression scenarios
• Lead and support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
• Document defects, track resolution, and validate fixes against original requirements

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Build strong working relationships with business owners, product owners, and SMEs across the order management and sales operations teams
• Support change management efforts — identifying impacts, communicating changes, and helping teams transition from legacy processes to Oracle Fusion workflows
• Assist with development and delivery of training materials and end-user documentation to support adoption

What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience in a senior business analysis role
• Working knowledge of ERP (JDE, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc)
• Strong requirements management skills — elicitation, documentation, traceability, and validation
• Experience designing and executing test plans and leading UAT
• Process modeling proficiency — Visio or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills — equally effective with technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or JDE
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial equipment environments
• Familiarity with legacy order entry or CPQ applications outside of Oracle
• Experience supporting change management and end-user training on ERP implementations
