Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks an O&M On-Site Supervisor in Des Moines, IA to manage operation, maintenance, service, and repair at the customer site. You will lead a team, oversee third-party QC inspections, and ensure safety and efficiency of building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years directing operation and maintenance in a federal facility of at least 500,000 sq ft.
• Experience supervising maintenance and building operations staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work performed.
• Review work orders and after-hours assignments.
• Monitor and maintain building equipment.
• Perform QC inspections and generate QC reports.
• Oversee third-party QC inspections (VTE).
• Document system operations in the NCMMS.
• Schedule routine inspections of mission-critical equipment.
• Order supplies, parts and equipment for maintenance.
• Assist in repair work and other engineering tasks.
