Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Senior O&M BA/QA Lead to support the Legacy Operations & Maintenance program, serving as the primary functional and quality assurance lead to ensure services, requests, defects, and maintenance align with business requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.

The role bridges stakeholders, product owners, operations, developers, and support staff; overseeing requirements analysis, production defect management, testing, release validation, and operational quality metrics while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
8+ years of IT experience as BA/QA Lead or similar role.
5+ years supporting Operations & Maintenance programs.
Experience managing requirements, testing, defect management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze operational issues, service requests, enhancement requests, and business process improvements.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the change lifecycle.
Lead test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.
Oversee defect management and production readiness activities.
