Job summary

One Senior Care in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care to seniors, assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive the best possible care.

This full-time, first-shift role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation in the EMR, and education for participants and caregivers, with benefits such as paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, retirement plan, and mileage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from an ADA-accredited program.
• Must be ADA Registered as a Dietitian.
• Experience with frail or elderly population preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document care, plans, and observations in the EMR.
• Monitor progress and adjust care based on evidence.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support meal planning and evaluation as needed.
