One Senior Care is hiring a Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care and education to seniors, developing individualized care plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and reliability within a structured environment.

You will assess nutritional needs, educate participants and caregivers, and document all care in the electronic medical record. The position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition from an ADA-accredited institution.
• ADA Registered Dietitian status is required.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations preferred; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Document care and observations in the EMR system.
• Monitor progress and adjust nutritional care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support planning and evaluation of meal services.
