Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care and education to seniors, assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each participant receives the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from ADA-accredited program.
• Must be ADA registered.
• Experience with frail elderly preferred but training provided.
• Excellent communication with participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Ability to document care in the EMR.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive participant care.
• Document all care, plans, and observations in the EMR.
• Monitor participant progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ADA standards and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support planning and evaluation of meal services.
