Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care and education to seniors, helping them stay healthy, nourished, and supported in their care plans. You’ll assess nutritional needs, develop individualized plans, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each participant receives the best possible care.

This full-time role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized, and dependable professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from an ADA-accredited program.
• ADA Registered with active licensure.
• Experience or training with seniors preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document all care and observations in the EMR system.
