Vicar's Landing is seeking a Manager of Nutrition and Dietary Management (RD) to lead clinical nutrition services and Health Center dining operations in our premier not-for-profit senior living community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will assess residents’ nutrition needs, guide therapeutic diets, and supervise the dining team to ensure high-quality meals and compliance.

Competenze
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and Florida licensure.
- Minimum five years of food service experience with supervisory role in healthcare/long-term care.
- Strong clinical nutrition assessment and care planning skills.
- Must have ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to Have Dietary Manager Certification.
Mansioni
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor weight trends, lab values, dietary restrictions, and medication-nutrient interactions.
- Oversee therapeutic diets and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Evaluate menus and adjust to meet individual and population-specific nutritional needs.
- Lead Health Center dining employees and coordinate dining operations across Health Center and Assisted Living.
