Job summary
One Senior Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver expert nutrition care to our senior participants. You will assess needs, develop personalized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support healthy, nourished lives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition from an ADA-accredited program.
- ADA Registered credential required.
- One year of experience with frail/elderly preferred; training provided.
- Background check, health/safety screenings, TB screening required.
Responsibilities
- Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive participant care.
- Document care, plans, and observations in the EMR.
- Monitor progress and adjust nutritional care as needed.
- Ensure ADA compliance and state/federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support planning and evaluation of meal services.
