Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN: Bachelors
• MSN: Masters preferred
• RN license in California (CA) required or eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical nursing leadership for inpatient department(s).
• Plan and organize inpatient nursing operations and resources for optimal patient care.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Establish and enforce standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and drive initiatives.
