Kaweah Health is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to assist the Chief Nursing Officer in executive-level management of resources, strategic planning, and development. The ACNO will oversee patient care areas, lead quality initiatives, and participate in committees with hospital leadership and medical staff.

Qualifications include CA RN license with ANCC NE-BC/NEA-BC credentials, a BSN and a Master's degree, and at least six years of nursing management experience.

Qualifications

• Requires CA RN license and National leadership board certification (ANCC) including NE-BC; NEA-BC within 2 years.
• Master's degree in nursing, health care, business, or related discipline.
• Six years of experience in patient care management including nursing management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous improvement to measure performance against standards in clinical and non-clinical services.
• Develop and implement mechanisms for uniform quality of nursing and patient care.
• Monitor customer satisfaction using applicable tools; conduct rounds with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Follow-up on patient complaints and incident reports and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish budget requirements and manage to targets; oversee staffing and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Kaweah Health leadership, hospital management, and medical staff.
