Qualifications

• Must demonstrate progressive nursing leadership at the director level.
• Strong knowledge of Magnet standards and shared governance.
• Experience with budgeting, quality and patient experience oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee more than 2 clinical departments or programs with >150 FTEs including Nurse Managers.
• Develop and execute organizational and nursing strategic plans.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets for multiple units.
• Lead interdisciplinary projects to meet strategic goals.
• Mentor and coach nurse leaders and managers.
