Qualifications

• BSN preferred and Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, 2+ in management within home health.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and accreditation standards.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; OASIS E preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and management of nursing staff.
• Develop and evaluate patient care programs for seniors.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor quality of care and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Administrator on budgeting and resource allocation.
